Notes
1. Application documents must be received before April 30th,every year.
申請入學文件須於每年4月30日前寄達本校國際事務處。
2. Applicants who would like to apply for NTOU Scholarship must submit NTOU scholarship application form and certificates of extra-curricular activities (if any), to the Office of International Affairs when applying for admission.
欲申請本校外國學生獎學金之申請者，須於申請入學時將獎學金申請表及其他有助申請之文件一併提交至本校國際事務處。
3. The following certificates may help in the evaluation of the application but not required (except for the situation that the Departments/the Institutes requiring that applicants must submit the certificates)：
(1) Certificates of finishing studies in a Mandarin Center
(2) Certificates of the Mandarin test
(3) Certificates of the English Proficiency test
檢附下列證書將有利審查，但非必要文件（系所另有要求者除外）：
(1) 華語中心修業證書 (2) 華語文能力測驗證書者 (3) 英語能力測驗證書
4. Applicants who would like to apply Fall semester in NTOU must follow the "MOE Regulations Regarding International Students Undertaking Studies in Taiwan"
申請至本校秋季班就讀之學生須依循「外國學生來台就學辦法之相關規定」辦理。
5. Please send your application documents to the following address： Division of International Cooperation, Office of International Affairs, National Taiwan Ocean University 2 Pei-Ning Road, Keelung City, 20224, Taiwan, R.O.C.
請將申請入學文件寄至下列地址： 中華民國 臺灣 20224 基隆市中正區北寧路2號 國立臺灣海洋大學 國際事務處國際國際合作組
6. No application documents will be returned.
申請入學文件概不退還。
7. Applicants will be informed of the admission application result by email in June.
入學申請之結果預計將於2012年6月以電子郵件通知申請者。
8. Fall semester begins in the mid of September for all admitted applicants.
本校秋季班於九月中旬開學。
9. Upon registration, new students must submit the original degree diploma and a proof of insurance which includes both medical and accidental, for a 4-month period starting from the date of the arrival.
註冊時，新生應檢附畢業證書正本及於入境日起算至少4個月效期之醫療與意外保險證明。
10. NTOU International students have the priority to stay in the dormitory.
本校外國學生享有優先住宿權
